What is The GM Diet?

Browsing thru Pinterest I saw a post of “The GM Diet” which is said to help you lose 10-17 lbs in One Week. Of course the first thought that came to mind was “ugh another impossible diet which only allows you to eat a cracker a day lol.” But come to find out it is a lot easier then i thought.

Quick Summary about the diet: For each day you can eat unlimited fruits and/or veggies and some days you can have meat, milk, fruit juice and a vegtable soup that is made specifically for this diet.

Day One: Consists of
